Nelson Chamisa who is the Party Spokesperson knows fully well, apart from the MDC-T Chairman for Bulawayo Province, the Provincial Executive has the right to discipline members in its jurisdiction. Chamisa knows fully well that discipline must be maintained in the party. Not surprising, when party Seniors waited for him at Harvest House for a statement condemning Bulawayo Province, he absented himself.
